  3. Stay updated on legal requirements related to employee management, focusing on reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance
  4. Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies
  5. Resolve complex employee-related issues
  6. Assist international employees with expatriation and HR matters

  • Previous experience in similar HR roles
