Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our human resources initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic people-related decisions that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for positions in Brazil, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding of top talent.
  2. Performance Management: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and administer performance management processes, providing oversight and maintaining records related to grievances and disciplinary actions.
  3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, state, federal, and international laws, maintaining employee work rules and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures.
  4. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee matters, managing offboarding processes, responding to inquiries, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, Business Partner, or HR Coordinator.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Evidence of practicing confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Skills: Workday experience.
