A key member of our product development team, the Product Owner is responsible for ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. The role involves conducting research and analysis to identify business problems and coming up with solutions. It also requires working closely with the development team and other internal stakeholders to obtain relevant data and perform required analysis.

Purpose
  • Conducts operational capacity planning and risk assessments for all requirements that are not met technically.
  • Carr[y out operational readiness planning for small to medium-project deployment.
  • Supports process analysis, diagnostic, and identification of improvement levers; supports the team during refinements and planning to maximize business value.
  • Focuses on routine activities with high predictability and short-term impact.
Requirements
  • Strong problem framing skills, participating in problem framing with team members for identified opportunities and facilitating decision-making in an agile way.
  • Project management skills, challenging ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions.
  • Value assurance, strong communication experience with the ability to articulate and optimize design based on value to the user and business.
  • Past experience as a Product Owner, advanced English, and a complete degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas.
