Senior Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to play a key role in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluating areas for improvement, and leading strategic planning initiatives.

This individual will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth through KPI evaluation, strategic decision-making support, and commercial planning efforts.

  • Oversee cost management, budgeting, and goal-setting processes for the department.
  • Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve budget performance, drive growth, and offer strategic guidance.
  • Design and maintain monitoring systems and reporting frameworks to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within consulting structures.
  • Collaborate with sales, Hub teams, and peers in other functional areas to align strategies and set accurate goals.

This is a hybrid position, alternating between remote and office work. Employees are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
