Demand and Supply Planning Lead

As a seasoned Demand and Supply Planning professional, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a collaborative demand forecasting mechanism and strategy. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders to capture business demand fluctuations and enhance the accuracy of capacity and scheduling target projection.
Your responsibility will be to partner with algorithmic product teams to design predictive demand-supply models that incorporate local variables such as football events and rainy seasons. Your ability to think analytically and drive data-driven strategies will be key in achieving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a collaborative demand forecasting mechanism and strategy to capture business demand fluctuations and enhance the accuracy of capacity and scheduling target projection.
- Partner with algorithmic product teams to design predictive demand-supply models that incorporate local variables.
- Relevant experience in Demand and Supply planning and collaboration with algorithmic product teams.
- Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI).
- Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments.
- Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
