Job Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the management of people costs and providing technical expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing people costs through updates and automation;
  • Support with 1 Year Plan (1YP) and 3 Year Plan (3YP) process;
  • Alignment of processes and detailed people accounts with suppliers;
  • Monthly validation of people costs with managers;

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks while working independently and in teams;
  • Microsoft office knowledge (especially Excel);
  • Intermediate English (Oral and Written);
  • Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting allowing the ability to run analysis.
