Digital Product Operations Specialist

We're always looking for talented professionals to join our global payments processing network team. As a Digital Product Operations Specialist, you'll work at the heart of this dynamic operation, where every day is an opportunity to innovate and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Perform certification projects for payment products such as EMV Chip Processing, 3D Secure, Quick Response Code, Mobile Wallets, and Click to Pay.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a proactive understanding of the certification and deployment process.
- Collaborate without authority to influence internal partners and provide consultancy to external customers about our certification processes and tools.
- Support the upgrade of our tools, processes, and documentation in response to regulatory changes, new product launches, and industry developments.
- Ensure efficient process controls and governance.
- A solid knowledge of payment/card industry technology, preferably including American Express Network products, Authorizations/Submission processing, validation, and connectivity methods.
- The ability to understand Payments-related Authorization & Settlements specifications and use that knowledge to validate test results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret trends and assist in resolving issues.
- Positive relationship management and collaboration skills to influence without authority, both internally and externally, across multiple international territories, and with different cultural considerations.
- Flexibility and resilience to operate within a fast-paced and dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with external business partners and internal teams, with preference in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- A self-motivated professional with a growth mindset and results-driven orientation.
- Ability to work without supervision in a matrix organization, demonstrating strong teamwork.
