We are seeking a highly skilled Service Planning Assistant to join our team in Sao Paulo.
- Assist with service planning and customer support.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to plan services in the Datacenter & Industry segments.
- Maintain up-to-date schedules of preventive maintenance services for clients.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues.
- Open service orders, ensuring alignment with client and technical teams.
- Issue invoices and RMA documents for parts shipment to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan preventive maintenance for Datacenter & Industry segments.
- Maintain 100% updated schedules of preventive maintenance services for clients.
- Provide customer support, analyze issues, and resolve them.
- Coordinate all necessary requests/documentation for access clearance with clients.
- Emit PENF (Invoice Emission Note) and RMA documents for part shipment to clients.
- Manage service requests from third-party vendors and OCIs.
- Manage FlyTour requests.
- Plan daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance schedules in SCUA.
- Aid in analyzing technician utilization levels.
