About the Role

Caterpillar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Parts and Service Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing specialized initiatives to drive profitable parts and service revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Repair Options and Full Machine Rebuild projects and training in region
  • Mentor team members within broader Parts & Service organization
  • Drive POPS growth through development of products and programs
  • Delivering new products and programs globally or regionally
  • Gathering and providing VOC and VOD to the engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, pricing and logistics teams
  • Developing, Coordinating and Presenting Training materials to various audiences
  • Works along with senior management in planning major programs and objectives for the Division
  • Forecasting/Business Planning
  • Drive Promotional Strategy / coordination
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Segmenting, targeting and positioning market opportunities to gain market share
  • Managing Parts Variance
  • Brand Advocate for Caterpillar branded parts
  • Partner with industry groups to align strategies
Requirements
