Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

As a key member of our LATAM team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for Latin America. This includes managing multiple roles across various departments such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product Planning, Audit, Logistics, and HR.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of creating and implementing strategies to attract top talent. They will also possess excellent interviewing techniques, provider management skills, and project management expertise.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to develop and execute plans to identify and present the best candidates, collaborate with recruiting agencies when needed, and monitor and present talent acquisition KPIs to top management.
- Manage talent acquisition processes for Latin America
- Collaborate with leaders to discuss job profiles and organizational structures
- Define candidate sourcing strategies per position
- Monitor and present talent acquisition KPIs to top management
This is a mid-senior level position that requires a full-time commitment. The ideal candidate will have advanced Spanish language skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
