
Ideal Candidate Wanted for Personnel Administrator Role

Responsibilities:
- Implementation of benefits and relationships with companies;
- Scheduling occupational medicine exams;
- Providing assistance with personnel administration;
- Closing the payroll;
- Filling out labor guides (FGTS Collection Guide);
- Completing and updating the General Register of Employed and Unemployed;
- Maintaining relationships with banks;
- Feeding the HR system with all the information needed to generate reports, graphs, and other documents.
Requirements:
- At least 2 + years of experience in the personnel department area;
- Understanding of labor legislation;
- Knowledge of e-Social, public inspection systems for ancillary obligations, and skills with mathematical calculations;
- Advanced Office Suite experience;
- Organized and responsible profile, strong communicative and interpersonal skills;
- A great team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
- Intermediary English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, administration or similar;
- Knowledge of implementing HR systems;
- Advanced English.
