ICQA Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and efficient ICQA Operations Manager to lead our fulfillment center inventory control and quality assurance team. Our fulfillment centers sit at the heart of Amazon's rapidly growing operations network, where we manage fast-moving inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates;
  • Lead and supervise a team in inventory control/quality assurance operations within the fulfillment center;
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies to ensure SOX compliance and consistency;
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team;
  • Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions;
  • Drive and support network-wide fulfillment and operations-focused quality initiatives;
  • Manage ICQA functions and drive team performance;
  • Promote process improvements while developing your team's capabilities to keep pace with rapid growth, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
