The Leader of Inventory Excellence

Are you a detail-oriented leader looking to drive excellence in inventory management and quality assurance? We seek a seasoned professional to oversee our Fulfilment Center's Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe work environment by supporting safety programs and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations;
• Lead and supervise a team in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations, coordinating inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies;
• Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, providing proactive feedback to the operations management team;
• Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions;
• Drive and support network-wide Fulfilment & Operations-focused quality initiatives;
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification;
• Strong proficiency in time management skills, coupled with confidence in analyzing and organizing large datasets;
• Previous experience in inventory management, placement, and optimization strategies;
• Proficient in using MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL is an advantage;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques;
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficient mathematical and data analysis skills, inventory topography optimization;
• A focused problem-solver and self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a complex environment.
