As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) operations in one of our fast-paced Fulfillment Centers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that we deliver products to our customers with the highest level of quality and reliability.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by driving process improvements and developing your team's capabilities to keep pace with our rapid growth. You will work closely with our operations management team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

You will also be responsible for coordinating inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. This includes measuring quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, as well as providing proactive feedback to the operations management team.

An additional key responsibility is to lead and supervise a team in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Fulfilment Center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong proficiency in time management skills, coupled with confidence in analyzing and organizing large datasets
  • Previous experience in inventory management, placement, and optimization strategies
  • Proficient in using the full MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
