Job Description

This role encompasses various locations in Brazil and offers a dynamic work environment. You will be part of our Consulting Practice, working closely with Senior Leadership, Executive Teams, and Boards to provide strategic advice on leadership and team development, succession planning, Board effectiveness, and organizational culture change.

As an Engagement Leader, you will expand your consulting skills by leading projects and managing junior team members. This role exposes you to senior leaders across multiple industries and geographies, presenting opportunities for growth and professional development.

The Consultant's primary responsibilities include developing consulting solutions, writing proposals, supporting business development activities, acting as engagement manager, and collaborating with Principals and Partners on project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate insights and drive client engagement.
  • Preparing and presenting information to help clients achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Delivering high-quality consulting solutions, reports, and other deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Facilitating client sessions, ensuring all work is 'client ready' and actively managing expectations.
  • Planning and prioritizing work to ensure team deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Contributing to proposal content development and mobilizing successful initiatives.
  • Building and sharing reusable materials, insights, and project learnings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in management, strategy, or leadership consulting.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with clients in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to prepare concise and compelling reports and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with ease in adopting new technologies and software.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel locally and globally as needed.
