Job Overview

The role of a Product Manager involves overseeing the development and delivery of innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management processes for product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful product development programs.
  • Develop project plans and timelines, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that may impact project execution, timelines or product quality.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and key decisions.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate Engineering/Science discipline, Cross-functional Project Leadership experience, Experience in project management, operations, technology or technical support, Knowledge on product development stages and qualification process within API and international standards.

Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel for work.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complicated issues in an understandable way.
  • Exceptional analytical/critical thinking skills and a well-developed commercial acumen.
Desirable Skills:
  • Understanding of Project Management best practices like as described by PMI.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in Project development stages or Oil&Gas subsea project execution.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and results orientation.
