Job Title: Operational Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Leader to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead multiple operational sites and develop a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Health and Safety standards, managing data collection, and striving to achieve productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain Health and Safety standards within your area of responsibility.
  2. Become proficient in specific large-scale processes and activities within SCPs, such as 5S audits.
  3. Manage meaningful data collection within the inventory control and systems environment.
  4. Strive to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and ensure an outstanding customer and seller experience.
  5. Collaborate closely with other support teams on staffing plans, schedules, and performance levels.
Requirements
  • Completed master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies and related techniques.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
