Job Opportunity: Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of General Manager in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the overall operations of the company and supervising all functions within the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion and administer company policies and programs addressing safety, quality, and performance factors.
  • Develop an annual plan and goals for the business ensuring alignment with parent company KPIs and that all personnel goals are aligned with InterMoor targets.
  • Allocate resources in accordance with corporate strategy to ensure each of the business lines provide quality services while meeting growth targets.
  • Oversee all departments within the business and certify that service delivery is executed efficiently.
  • Initiate operational procedure reviews and drafts improvements to continually improve QHSE Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Operational, Management, Finance or related discipline.
  • Relevant Industry experience required.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience in supervision of direct reports and regional based indirect reports.
  • Strong Commercial knowledge and experience.
  • Financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to delegate.
  • Calm under pressure with good dispute resolution skills.
  • Strong process orientation with effective planning capability skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
