Job Overview:

The Operational Team Leader is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the seamless execution of plant processes and utility systems.

About the Role:

This position demands a strong leader with excellent safety culture and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating routine maintenance, delegating work to instrument technicians, and serving as a technical leader to all production team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Start up, operate, monitor, and shut down process and utility systems. Maintain and optimize process parameters (level, flow, temperature, pressure, etc.) within operating requirements.
  • Maintain discharge water quality within current guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot to maximize sales quality and delivery volume by identifying problems.
  • Monitor and operate electrical/hydraulic control panels, safety and emergency shutdown devices, and Fire and Gas Systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely production reporting and logging is submitted daily or as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a proven track record and/or qualification in hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities, knowledge of ESD F&G and DCS operation, and proficiency in English at a minimum of A2 level according to the CEFR international standard. Additionally, they must be medically fit according to our health requirements.
