Job Description:

This role involves leading a team responsible for providing field service in the electrical and automation sector.

The successful candidate will oversee the team's performance, ensuring they meet set targets and standards. This includes developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing team resources, evaluating demand, and defining actions to address it. Additionally, the position entails planning and evaluating services, ensuring best utilization rates and meeting customer needs.

The team leader will also be responsible for fostering relationships with stakeholders and facilitating collaboration throughout the delivery chain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in providing field service
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage team resources and evaluate demand
  • Define actions to address demand and plan/evaluate services
  • Ensure best utilization rates and meet customer needs
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience in a technical organization is desired
  • Job-related experience with a technical degree and/or bachelor's degree, and some project management experience or training is required
  • Service management skills and/or experience with coordinating service teams is desirable
  • Understanding of the Field Service process
  • English language proficiency (Spanish considered as plus)
  • Proficiency with process tools such as SalesForce, Qlikview, and FS Mobility
