Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives within our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Proven track record of implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies including tools like Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, and 6S.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and achieving significant performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
