Job Description

We are looking for a Leadership Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and developing leaderships, hiring high-performance talent, and building and scaling processes to ensure predictability and efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will lead onboarding, expansion, and retention teams, ensuring goals and follow-up rituals. You will also establish clear KPIs and ensure their achievement.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in CS leadership, with a strong track record of leading other leaderships in SaaS companies. They should have advanced English skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
