Job Title: Freight Pricing and Product Development Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Pricing and Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. You will work closely with our operations and projects teams to develop products that meet our customers' requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing the company's product according to trade strategy, focusing on results improvement and revenue increase.
- Identifying market evolutions and competition, and working on action plans when necessary.
- Creating, producing, and analyzing reports on business performance, identifying impacts within your scope and proposing action measures if needed.
- Ongoing and close communication with Cargo Flow, Commercial, Procurement, and other departments.
- Participating in group projects and new tool implementation.
- Maintaining company costs and contribution margins to reach Profit & Loss optimization.
- Managing team, including reviews and continuous development plans for each employee, helping them become more effective in their work.
- Processing quotations and/or tenders with best time response.
- Negotiating commercial contracts with key customers.
- Defining loading priorities and capacity allocations.
