Job Description:

This role forms part of the production group senior management team. As a trusted business partner, you will contribute to delivering highly effective business partnerships and support decision-making for the production group senior management team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in finance and leadership experience, with strong negotiation and influencing skills. They will be systems literate and able to organize, plan, and prioritize effectively.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and overseeing the consolidation view of month-end financial close results, communicating results to the production group senior management teams, and managing the development of cross-functional spending forecasts for annual operating plans.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have working knowledge of finance and forecasting principles, as well as manufacturing standard costing, financial modeling, and generally accepted managerial practices and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred)
  • Proven strong work-related and leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Systems literate including strong Excel capability
  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize
