We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Configuration and Change Management (CCM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CCM principles and practices, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the CCM vision and roadmap for their respective region and product line, ensuring seamless alignment with our global strategy and procedures.

In this role, you will serve as a first point of contact for escalations and project support requests from projects or site teams within your region, interfacing with our CCM Regions & Community stream leader at CCM central.

You will also play a crucial role in developing strong CCM competencies in your region, guaranteeing that all configuration management processes, methods, and tools are up-to-date and implemented rigorously.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to lead by example, creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all functions. Key qualifications include:

  • Typically 5-8 years of experience in a relevant function
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CCM processes and methods
  • Proficiency in IRIS, ISO, and other applicable standards
  • Management skills, including budgeting and people management
  • Expertise in influencing management teams with a CCM mindset
  • Client-oriented and results-driven
