Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary function of this mid-senior level role is to oversee and implement quality control measures across various projects.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent, along with at least 5 years of experience as a quality control engineer in construction environments.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
  • Daily site inspections are necessary to identify and report defects, ensuring compliance with established inspection test plans.
  • Develop and manage inspection schedules aligned with the project timeline.
  • Perform work and material inspections, quarantine and remove any rejected materials.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to implement corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and monitor installations.
  • Analyze project deliverables, inspection approvals, and quality performance metrics using data-driven tools.
  • Support snagging, project closeout, and defect liability period activities.
  • Maintain accurate site diaries and quality control documentation.
