We're seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a New Accounts Advisor, you'll play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Converting inbound leads into new clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Finding new sales opportunities by leveraging web, phone, and social media platforms
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects on our CRM system
- Understanding customer needs and requirements through active listening and research
- Assigning qualified opportunities to senior sales executives for further development and closure
- Closing sales through negotiation and problem-solving skills
