
Sales Account Manager

Promotes and sells service solutions to current or new customers.
Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction - Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
Develop tailored solutions for the customer, this will often require working across various groups within Agilent including: service delivery, instrument sales and Customer Operations teams
Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales leads and business opportunities
Manage existing accounts, drive organic growth, and develop new accounts and key performance indicators
Responsible to meet and exceed sales target by driving growth in sales achieved though customer engagement and consultative selling, showcasing the entire services portfolio
Responsible for all sales-oriented activities, planning and organizing daily work schedule to existing and/or potential sales inquiries.
Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives.
QualificationsAble to travel
Bachelor of Science degree, ideally to have experience in the Life Sciences and/or Chemical Analysis industry
5+-years of years of experience in sales position in analytical instrumentation and/or Life Science companies
