Customs Professional Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled customs professional to oversee the import and export of goods while ensuring compliance with customs procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate company procedures to meet customer demands.
- Represent the logistics team in production meetings to align deadlines and fulfill production needs.
- Ensure effective communication with customers, contractors, and customs officers face-to-face.
- Manage complex logistics exceptions, including expediting items between sites and coordinating with forwarding and courier services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on specific issues and maintain the highest standard of accuracy in company procedures.
- Advanced computer literacy skills with experience using Windows-based packages.
- Proficiency in OASIS SAP, Thomson Reuters International Trade Suite of Software, and Brazilian Foreign Trade System.
- Excellent written and oral English skills.
- Previous experience in Logistics and/or Operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Production Engineering, International Trade, or Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Understanding of AEO and Recof requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Six Sigma techniques, Kaizen Breakthrough/Improvement Project Experience, and Lean Principles such as Standard Work, 5S, Kaizen, GEMBA.
