Key Portfolio and Resource Strategy Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our local Portfolio and Resource Allocation Strategy development, partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Frontline teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources towards growth opportunities, and driving a people-manager regional role for Latin America.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have +10 years of experience in Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting, PMO, among others. They will possess a proven trajectory as a leader of others and/or cross-functional teams' coordination and alignment, influencing peers and senior management roles.

  • Develop and implement local learnings to drive the Global resource allocation practice evergreen process.
  • Partner with Marketing leads on prioritizing different combos and developing the Portfolio Strategy.
  • Ensure smooth connection of Portfolio Strategy & Resource Allocation discipline with LRP and ABP deliverables.
  • Favor effective governance for resource allocation/priorities pivoting during the year (shifts, new initiatives, etc.) ensuring coherence/link with strategic definitions while tracking compliance/identify learnings.

  • A proven track record in Strategic thinking: integrating diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approaches.
  • Prioritization: Prioritizing through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities.
  • Problem framing and solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross-functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
  • Stakeholder management: Identify, influence, align, and engage key stakeholders.
