Technical Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical onboarding specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the successful integration of new customers into our system, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of API terminology, including GET, POST, PUT, JSON, Webhook, and Listeners. They will also have experience with various programming languages, such as Python, PHP, and JavaScript, as well as proficiency in tools like Postman and GitHub.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to thrive under ambiguity, with a strong passion for e-commerce or technology services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure timely integrations and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to provide technical expertise and support.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate customers on our platform and ensure they have the necessary skills to get the most out of our service.
  • Identify and document best practices for onboarding and share them with internal stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve our onboarding process and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical onboarding or implementation role.
  • Strong knowledge of API architecture, data modeling, and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems.
