Job Title: Technical Integration Specialist

The role of a Technical Integration Specialist involves providing high-level technical support during the integration process. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top brands and play a key role in launching them onto our network.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed and thorough technical integration support to clients, including acting as a liaison between clients and their developers.
  • Debug client tracking tag implementations for errors and provide feedback on possible solutions.
  • Contribute to the team's targets, which are incentivized on over-performance.
  • Review fellow team members' work for technical sign-off and identify potential issues or bugs with the platform.
  • Administer a knowledge base used internally and externally, providing high-level training to internal colleagues.
  • Test new developments and features.

This is a dynamic role that will evolve to allow you to gain knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate marketplace. As a hard-working member of the team, you will have opportunities for upward progression within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English language skills (B1+).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, ActionScript, and JavaScript.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Ability to meet attendance standards and establish effective working relationships with managers and employees.
  • Experience in a customer service role.
