We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Universal Robina Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and enforce process parameters and material specifications from material acceptance to finished good releasing based on relevant standards and documents, standard operating procedures, and respective work instructions.
- Conduct quality checks of products and processes, and implement cost and process improvements.
- Participate in addressing nonconformances and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
- Graduate of Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or relevant fields; registration and license as Chemist or Chemical Technical is required; or as allowed by pertinent professional regulations laws.
- With or without experience, but experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Good team-player, customer-centric, and innovative work attitude.
