Senior Accounting Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting functions in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. This role demands a technical expert in accounting, a mentor for team development, and an innovator in process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor, develop, and lead a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with USGAAP, IFRS, BRGAAP, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay, maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA (Brazil, Argentina or Uruguay).
  • Master's degree in or Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Industry experience in Agriculture, Energy, or a related sector.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
