Accounting Expertise

We're seeking a skilled accounting professional to oversee financial operations in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. This leader will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, compliance with international standards, and address differences between these standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in accounting, leadership skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and developing a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Building organizational capacity within the team and initiating succession planning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support talent development.

Additional requirements include proficiency in MS Office suite, excellent communication skills, strong organization skills and analytical ability, and proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting, with prior leadership experience.
