SAP Digital Supply Chain Solution Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a SAP iXp Intern - Digital Supply Chain Solution Support. As a member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
  • Analyze complex, real-world problems and provide solutions to customers.
  • Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
  • Work as part of an international team, collaborating with colleagues and customers from around the world.
  • Participate in global projects around support processes.
  • Attend e-Learning Lessons, remote learning sessions, classroom training, and coaching.
  • Help ensure SLAs are met on time and escalated cases are assigned promptly to the right experts.
Requirements
  • University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming desired (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.).
  • Some knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Flexible approach to working in teams and hybrid environments.
  • Fluent in English.
