About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP iXp Intern to join our Digital Supply Chain Solution Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, analyzing complex problems, and researching and documenting knowledge to share with the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
  • Analyze complex, real-world problems and work in production environments to resolve issues.
  • Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
  • Work as part of an international team, collaborating with colleagues and customers from around the world.
  • Participate in global projects around support processes.
  • Attend e-Learning Lessons, remote learning sessions, classroom training, and coaching to enhance your skills.
  • Help ensure SLAs are met on time and escalated cases are assigned promptly to the right experts.
Requirements
  • University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.) is desired.
  • Some knowledge of database structures and SQL is preferred.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Flexible approach to working in teams and hybrid environments.
  • Fluent in English.
