Field Product Development Lead

We seek a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in field product development to spearhead our R&D team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation and growth through strategic product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead a high-performing R&D team to design, develop, and launch new products that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop effective solutions.

- At least 10 years of experience in field product development, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
