Senior Manager, Service Delivery

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery for corporate and tournament technology support operations. You will be working closely with technology teams in Brazil and Zurich to deliver the biggest women's sporting event in the world.


The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will establish and implement an integrated support model across all phases of the project, including management of IT service management processes and procedures. They will also be responsible for establishing service level agreements in accordance with the FIFA Technology Handbook and lead the definition of asset tracking and management of deployed equipment in all sites.


In addition, you will ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed to scope, within budget and on schedule. You will also continuously review and make recommendations to improve technology across the tournament and contribute to the technology readiness program.


Key qualifications for this role include a university degree or similar higher education in information technology, computer science or a related field, as well as a minimum of 8 years overall IT experience and at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a proven track record of successful delivery of complex IT programs and projects and strong IT skills and relevant knowledge in service delivery management.


A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required, with fluency in English (spoken and written) and Portuguese (spoken and written). Proficiency in other FIFA languages is an asset. Willingness to travel within Brazil up to 20% and ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro are also essential.


Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement integrated support model across all phases of the project

Requirements:
