Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing critical internal platforms.

You will partner with developers and cross-functional teams to address performance, observability, and workflow needs. Your goal will be to improve platform scalability, reliability, and monitoring capabilities.

In addition to technical expertise, you will provide leadership and support to engineers within the team, helping them grow professionally and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize internal platforms for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Develop and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead by example, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles.
  • Experience with Terraform and other infrastructure management tools.
  • Knowledge of workflow orchestration and observability.
  • Proficiency in Java or Scala programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Grafana and other data visualization tools.
  • Bonus points for experience with Kafka and ElasticSearch
Candidate Profile
  • At least 3 years of experience in platform engineering.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
