System Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a critical member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows environment.

  • Managing Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions.
  • Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Performing root-cause analysis and resolving issues related to authentication and system performance.
  • Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.
