Luxury Interior Project Manager

High-End Fit-Out Leadership Role
This challenging position involves leading the on-site execution of high-end interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
The successful candidate will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
A strong leadership and coordination skillset is required for this fast-paced interior site role.
Additionally, expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects, including hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential sectors, is essential.
- 10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
