Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex, high-spec interior projects, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality on-time.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
  • Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration between various stakeholders and teams.
  2. Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Maintain meticulous records of project progress, issues, and lessons learned to inform future projects and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing complex, high-spec interior projects delivered within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
