Luxury Fit-Out Project Manager

A leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects is seeking a skilled professional to deliver luxury projects that blend innovation with precision execution.
The role will be assigned to projects located in the UAE & KSA. A six-day working week is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for UAE or KSA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage site operations, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring premium finishes and precise execution of all design elements.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and keep management updated on key project milestones.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
- Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
