Site Manager - Luxury Fit-Out Expert

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of high-end interior fit-out projects in KSA and UAE.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury fit-out, with at least 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead the on-site execution of interior fit-out works from start to handover.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
  • Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
  • Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.
