Leading luxury fit-out projects in UAE and KSA requires experienced foremen to oversee daily site operations. Foremen are responsible for managing trade teams, ensuring quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review schedules, assign tasks, and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate execution.
  • Manage tools, materials, and manpower to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct quality checks, resolve minor issues, and escalate critical ones to the Site Manager.
  • Record and report daily site progress, delays, and corrective actions.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to develop their technical and safety competencies.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction with 2+ years as a fit-out foreman on high-end projects.
  • Luxury interior fit-out experience (hospitality, retail, commercial, or high-end residential).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coordinate diverse teams and subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of technical drawings, construction materials, and interior finishes.
  • Proven track record in productivity improvement, quality management, and safety enforcement.
  • Basic computer skills and English writing abilities.
