Project Management Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.

This is a senior leadership position requiring extensive experience in managing complex, high-spec interior projects with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time and within budget.

  • The ideal candidate will have 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 years in luxury fit-out project management.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors and consultants to deliver world-class interior fit-outs. This will involve overseeing planning, procurement, budgeting and execution while ensuring compliance with HSE standards, risk management and quality assurance at every phase.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management and quality assurance at every phase.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 years in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
