We are seeking a seasoned Interior Project Manager to oversee the execution of luxury fit-out projects in UAE.

ALEC FITOUT, a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment, is looking for an experienced professional to manage on-site execution of all interior finishes, ensuring adherence to project drawings, specs, and timelines.

The successful candidate will lead the construction team, prepare detailed look-ahead schedules, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team. They will ensure compliance with HSE standards, resolve technical issues, and proactively close NCRs and snags.

Your Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Need:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (BEng/B-Tech/ND)
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on fit-out and finishes
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and technical problem-solving
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
