Project Coordinator Role Overview

This role entails leading critical support programs aimed at delivering benefits to customers.

The primary duties include coordinating project initiation, planning, and execution, as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to drive transparency and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • A single point of contact for associated project/program work scopes: Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) programs, recertification, upgrades, reactivations, capital equipment exchanges, OEM repairs, and other internal projects.
  • Responsible for project initiation and planning, including scope identification, creation, and maintenance of the Project Execution Plans (PEP), and project registers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors through engagement and face-to-face interaction.
  • Work together with internal stakeholders, driving transparency and collaboration.
  • Monitor program KPIs and health, initiating action when required to proactively address concerns.
  • Own financial health – plan, monitor, and drive commercial success.
  • Maintain awareness of critical path activities; build contingency plans and implement mitigating recovery strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Advanced/fluent English level.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Experience with analytics, business intelligence, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Able to work independently with the ability to multitask on multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly motivated.
  • Knowledge of basic drilling and pressure control equipment functionality is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
