Job Title: Business Development and Project Management Coordinator

RINA is currently recruiting for a business development and project management coordinator to join its office in Brazil within the Energy Division.

Support project management through KPI monitoring, data analysis, and dashboard development. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI for project tracking.

Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement improvements in management tools and processes. Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the project team to develop project plans and schedules.
- Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering (preferably 3rd and 7th semester).
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools.
- Proactivity, organization, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
